I want every buyer to feel satisfied with their online buying experience as well as their work of art. I guarantee nothing but the best quality work, on the best archival papers. I know buying a work of art is a big commitment and I want to make shopping with me as easy as possible.

Sales through this site are secure through Squarespace. To pay by check or in person, please email to make arrangements.
Art works are not automatically matted or framed. Fine Art Prints and Photographs are printed with a 1/2 inch boarder for easy framing. Original art is usually to the edge of the paper. Highland Studio can matte and frame your work or art. To arrange this, email erinannkoch@gmail.com.
Shipping fees are added to the purchase cost during check out. Art works are mailed in protective plastic wrap in heavy duty tubes or boxes and are guaranteed to not damage en route. If you decide to matte and frame through Highland Studio, they will ship from their location.
Fine Art Prints and artworks will be mailed within 3-5 business days of purchase. Depending on the buyers location, please allow 5-10 business days to receive your art work.
The jpegs of art on this site are professional quality, are shot by natural light and are true to the original work of art with minimal enhancing. There can be sublte variation in tone, brightness and color on individual screens. There can be subtle variation in color between an original work and it's print.
Refunds and returns are accepted within a month of purchase only. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return your artwork within four weeks of when you received it for a full refund.
Refunds will not be given for artwork that is scratched, torn or damaged in any way. For this reason, return your artwork the exact way it was mailed to you, in it’s protective plastic envelop and heavy duty tube.
